Current public plan prices

The current public US tiers are below. Annual figures are monthly equivalents before sales tax; check the annual commitment and payment schedule. Monthly billing has a different price.

Plan / usersAnnual monthly equivalentMonthly billing
Basic / 1$59$79
Essentials / 5$149$189
MAX / 8$299$329

Match users and features to the visit

Begin with the people who book work, dispatch employees, perform visits, and reconcile payments. Confirm who needs an account and how additional users affect the proposed package.

The current comparison lists the core visit tools in Basic. Higher tiers add further operational capabilities. Put the specific task into the demo so the provider can identify the required tier and any optional product.

Keep add-ons visible

Request a separate line for each optional communications, marketing, sales, or other product proposed. Explain who will operate it and what repeated task it is expected to improve.

The Housecall Pro review examines the service visit and accounting handoff in more detail.

Build the complete cost

Write down the people who need access, the functions each person requires, and the billing commitment. Then request a configuration that completes those tasks. The lowest advertised tier is useful only if it fits the work.

Separate recurring and one-time spending

Recurring spending includes the subscription, optional products, and transaction-related charges. One-time spending can include paid setup, data preparation, training, and the internal time needed to move open work.

The worksheet uses your monthly inputs, multiplies them by twelve, and adds the one-time amount. Enter an annual subscription as its monthly equivalent. It does not estimate tax, future price changes, or costs you have not entered.

Monthly estimate$59.00
First 12 months$708.00

Your inputs × 12, plus one-time costs. USD; excludes unentered costs and tax. This is a worksheet, not a provider quote.

Questions for the written proposal

0 of 6 demo tasks checked.

Keep the proposal and answers together. A sales presentation and a purchase agreement can describe different levels of detail; the written scope should resolve the commitment.

Budget for the move as well as the tool

Prepare a sample of customer records, service locations, open jobs, unpaid invoices, and the descriptions your team uses to price work. Ask what can be imported and what must be rebuilt.

Have the office, field team, and bookkeeper complete one realistic job before launch. Include a changed appointment, an extra item, and an invoice correction. Record the unresolved work and name the person responsible for it.

A useful cost comparison: put the same people, essential features, billing term, and implementation scope in each offer. Different packages do not form a fair price comparison.

Pricing questions

How many users are included?

The current public starting tiers list one in Basic, five in Essentials, and eight in MAX. Confirm additional-user terms for your proposal.

Is the annual monthly equivalent the monthly-billing price?

No. The billing options have different prices and commitments. Compare the provider’s current terms as well as the displayed amount.

Can a trial settle all implementation questions?

Use a trial to test practical tasks, then confirm import scope, optional products, accounting behaviour, and the written commitment separately.

What does the calculator leave out?

It includes only the values you enter. Tax, unentered fees, price changes, and internal time not included in the setup figure remain outside the estimate.

Your next step

Ask for a complete
working configuration.

Confirm what is included, what costs extra, and what your team will need to prepare before launch.
