How we research
Current starting tiers
The public US plan page lists these starting configurations. Annual billing is paid annually; a one-year commitment paid monthly is a separate option. All figures below are USD before applicable sales tax.
| Plan / users | Annual monthly equivalent | 1-year commitment, monthly | No commitment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core / 1 | $29 | $39 | $49 |
| Connect / 1 | $99 | $119 | $139 |
| Grow / 1 | $149 | $169 | $199 |
| Plus / 5 | $399 | $439 | $499 |

Count the users in the configuration
The published starting Core, Connect, and Grow tiers above have one user; Plus starts with five. Connect, Grow, and Plus offer further team configurations. Do not multiply a one-user starting price to invent a team quote.
List the owner, office staff, field employees, and other people who need their own account. Ask how seasonal employees and future additions change the proposed tier.
Let required features determine the plan
The current comparison places further automation and accounting tools in Connect, and job costing and richer quoting in Grow. Identify the specific task you need, then have the provider show it in the quoted configuration.
For a broader workflow assessment, read the Jobber review.
Build the complete cost
Write down the people who need access, the functions each person requires, and the billing commitment. Then request a configuration that completes those tasks. The lowest advertised tier is useful only if it fits the work.
Separate recurring and one-time spending
Recurring spending includes the subscription, optional products, and transaction-related charges. One-time spending can include paid setup, data preparation, training, and the internal time needed to move open work.
The worksheet above uses your monthly inputs, multiplies them by twelve, and adds the one-time amount. Enter an annual subscription as its monthly equivalent. It does not estimate tax, future price changes, or costs you have not entered.
Questions for the written proposal
0 of 6 demo tasks checked.
Keep the proposal and answers together. A sales presentation and a purchase agreement can describe different levels of detail; the written scope should resolve the commitment.
Budget for the move as well as the tool
Prepare a sample of customer records, service locations, open jobs, unpaid invoices, and the descriptions your team uses to price work. Ask what can be imported and what must be rebuilt.
Have the office, field team, and bookkeeper complete one realistic job before launch. Include a changed appointment, an extra item, and an invoice correction. Record the unresolved work and name the person responsible for it.
A useful cost comparison: put the same people, essential features, billing term, and implementation scope in each offer. Different packages do not form a fair price comparison.
Pricing questions
Is $29 a team price?
The published annual starting Core tier has one user. Confirm the required team configuration before comparing it with another offer.
Are annual billing and a one-year monthly commitment the same?
They are distinct options on the provider’s current page. Check both the payment schedule and the commitment in the proposal.
Does the worksheet include payment-processing rates?
It uses the transaction-cost estimate you enter. Obtain the current applicable rates and estimate your own payment mix before entering that figure.
Should I choose the cheapest plan?
Choose a plan that completes the essential work at an acceptable total commitment. An entry price alone cannot settle the workflow decision.
