A question to bring
Users and features are separate.
Start with the package that completes the work. Add optional products, usage assumptions, and the cost of launch.
A comparison using the same team size and essential capabilities across offers.
Unlimited users describes access; tiers and optional products still affect the total cost.

How we research
Current public plan prices
Service Fusion publishes three unlimited-user tiers. Annual figures below are monthly equivalents charged as one annual payment at sign-up. Monthly billing has a separate price.
| Plan | Annual monthly equivalent | Monthly billing |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $208 | $245 |
| Plus | $325 | $382 |
| Pro | $533 | $627 |

User count and feature scope are separate
Unlimited users can matter when comparing a larger team. It does not mean the entry package contains every operational function.
The plan comparison makes inventory, job costing, photos, documents, customer access, and further billing functions important tier or add-on questions. GPS fleet tracking and ServiceCall.ai are optional products on the page.
Quote the same work
List the employees who need access and the essential functions. If inventory is required, demonstrate the real stock movement. If progressive billing matters, show the milestones and corrections. Ask for the complete proposed package rather than assuming these needs fit Starter.
The Service Fusion review follows the job through dispatch, field work, and accounting.
Build the complete cost
Write down the people who need access, the functions each person requires, and the billing commitment. Then request a configuration that completes those tasks. The lowest advertised tier is useful only if it fits the work.
Separate recurring and one-time spending
Recurring spending includes the subscription, optional products, and transaction-related charges. One-time spending can include paid setup, data preparation, training, and the internal time needed to move open work.
The worksheet uses your monthly inputs, multiplies them by twelve, and adds the one-time amount. Enter an annual subscription as its monthly equivalent. It does not estimate tax, future price changes, or costs you have not entered.
Questions for the written proposal
0 of 6 demo tasks checked.
Keep the proposal and answers together. A sales presentation and a purchase agreement can describe different levels of detail; the written scope should resolve the commitment.
Budget for the move as well as the tool
Prepare a sample of customer records, service locations, open jobs, unpaid invoices, and the descriptions your team uses to price work. Ask what can be imported and what must be rebuilt.
Have the office, field team, and bookkeeper complete one realistic job before launch. Include a changed appointment, an extra item, and an invoice correction. Record the unresolved work and name the person responsible for it.
A useful cost comparison: put the same people, essential features, billing term, and implementation scope in each offer. Different packages do not form a fair price comparison.
Pricing questions
Do more employees automatically increase the published plan price?
The current public tiers list unlimited users. Confirm how your actual configuration and optional products are priced.
Are annual prices charged monthly?
The public page states that annual prices are charged as one annual payment at sign-up. Check the current proposal.
Should I compare Starter against every competitor’s entry plan?
Compare the tiers that complete the same essential work. Otherwise the figures describe different packages.
Can the worksheet calculate a guaranteed quote?
No. It sums the inputs you provide. The provider’s written offer determines the proposed commercial commitment.
Your next step

Inspect the scope.
